We understand that not every client will know what is possible and how to start the journey for a construction project. We will journey with you through the complexities of the Planning and building regulation approval processes.

We believe that excellence in design is the most important part. The design determines the value of the project, its functionality, adaptability, the aesthetics and longevity. We will help you to understand all the options and opportunities available to you, analysing all the potential risks and benefits of each, and will turn your spatial needs and vision into creative well laid out designs.

Mayway specialises in project managing both the design and construction process from start to finish.

We understand that embarking on a construction project can be daunting. It is a big task to co-ordinate everything from the feasibility stage through to completion. That is why we make it our priority to understand the church’s vision and journey. We are committed to steering the project through its various stages, by handling both the design and construction.

We reduce costs, maximise VAT opportunities and eliminate potential conflicts between the client, designer, and contractor. We have found that this approach enables us to best deliver effective ministry and work spaces as a complete project, appropriate to budget and quality goals.

OUR APPROACH

At Mayway Construction we offer a unique approach to the Design and Build process. Combining Biblical values with practical design and construction, we treat each project as though it were our own.

Unlike any other company, in the initial stages, we work with you to develop a preliminary design for the project at no cost and at Mayway’s risk. We then produce a full cost plan for every aspect of the design and construction process, broken down into chronological sections, as well as highlighting any potential risks. This enables you to make informed decisions without incurring any expense. You can then engage with us on a section-by-section basis with no obligation to continue after each stage. The contract is not signed until just before the build phase commences.

Mayway Construction did building works for Coventry Jesus Centre which is an extremely busy charity with over 500 visits by beneficiaries in a typical week.
