We know that the stewardship of a property/properties can be a daunting task. This is why we have developed a number of flexible maintenance packages to assist you in effectively overseeing and planning for your building’s upkeep. We act as one point of contact to get the right people to you for all your maintenance needs.

All of the packages include a set number of days when a skilled operative will visit to carry out the works required, with a set allowance for purchase of materials. Our team will work with you to organise the works, purchase the necessary materials and manage the workers.

Mayway specialises in project managing both the design and construction process from start to finish.

We understand that embarking on a construction project can be daunting. It is a big task to co-ordinate everything from the feasibility stage through to completion. That is why we make it our priority to understand the church’s vision and journey. We are committed to steering the project through its various stages, by handling both the design and construction.

We reduce costs, maximise VAT opportunities and eliminate potential conflicts between the client, designer, and contractor. We have found that this approach enables us to best deliver effective ministry and work spaces as a complete project, appropriate to budget and quality goals.

Mayway Construction did building works for Coventry Jesus Centre which is an extremely busy charity with over 500 visits by beneficiaries in a typical week.
