We understand that embarking on a construction project can be daunting.
It is a big task to co-ordinate everything from the feasibility stage through to completion. That is why we make it our priority to understand the church’s vision and journey. We are committed to steering the project through its various stages, by handling both the design and construction. We reduce costs, maximise VAT opportunities and eliminate potential conflicts between the client, designer, and contractor. We have found that this approach enables us to best deliver effective ministry and work spaces as a complete project, appropriate to budget and quality goals.
Employing Mayway eliminates the need for you to employ a project management firm. This is a service we provide at no cost if we are involved in both the design and construction. We will advise you on design choices, specification, costs, VAT planning, legislation, listed building consent, phasing and we look at the options to keep the church open whilst the project is in progress.
We will walk you through the many decisions which need to be made and manage the complete design and construction process on your behalf. We use our experience with church projects and faith to deliver projects that are value for money, this will save significant costs against employing a separate project management company.
At Mayway Construction we offer a unique approach to the Design and Build process. Combining Biblical values with practical design and construction, we treat each project as though it were our own. Unlike any other company, in the initial stages, we work with you to develop a preliminary design for the project at no cost and at Mayway’s risk. We then produce a full cost plan for every aspect of the design and construction process, broken down into chronological sections, as well as highlighting any potential risks. This enables you to make informed decisions without incurring any expense. You can then engage with us on a section by section basis with no obligation to continue after each stage.
